This agreement outlines the legal terms between you (“User”) and AAA Antivirus & Cleanup, a service provided by Wartraf sp. z o.o ("AAA Antivirus & Cleanup", "We" or "Us"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONSTITUTES THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP.
You agree to be bound by these Terms by either: 1) using and/or accessing the AAA Antivirus & Cleanup application (the "App"); 2) using and/or accessing our website located at http://avcleaner.wartraf.com (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service", or otherwise electronically agreeing to be bound to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our App or Website.
User Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using AAA Antivirus & Cleanup, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Users under this age must not use the Service and are required to discontinue use and delete their account, if applicable.
Updates to These Terms
AAA Antivirus & Cleanup reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, as permitted by applicable law. Any updates will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

AAA Antivirus & Cleanup offers a suite of tools designed to boost device performance and enhance security:
Service Plans
Free mode:
AAA Antivirus & Cleanup is free to download and use. All essential features are available at no cost. However, optional in-app subscriptions may be offered to unlock advanced tools and premium functionality. All pricing and subscription details are clearly presented within the app before purchase.
Trial Period:
New users may be offered a free trial of the full version, which unlocks all premium tools for a limited period. Trial duration and conditions are clearly communicated during the onboarding process. Once the trial expires, your access may be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand.
Paid Subscription:
Subscribing to the Premium Plan unlocks full functionality. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you do not cancel, your payment method may be billed for the next subscription cycle at the then-current rate.
AAA Antivirus & Cleanup reserves the right to update subscription options, pricing, and features. Any such changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email.
Account Creation and Management
Some functionalities may require you to register a user profile (“Account”). You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and update it if changes occur. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your Account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately at [email protected].

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
Software Updates
To ensure optimal performance and security, AAA Antivirus & Cleanup may automatically install updates or enhancements. These modifications are part of the Service and subject to the Terms outlined herein. You hereby consent to automatic updates to the Service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, including intellectual property rights, related to AAA Antivirus & Cleanup remain with Wartraf sp. z o.o or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, source code, and content are protected and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission. a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and time-limited license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Permissions Usage
AAA Antivirus & Cleanup requires the following permissions to enable its core features:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Necessary to scan and manage junk files, large files, perform advanced cleanup, and provide antivirus protection.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Needed to run essential background tasks such as real-time security scans, storage analysis, and battery health monitoring, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted app performance..
User Control: All actions involving file deletion or modification occur only after user manually confirm them. Nothing is deleted or changed without user's explicit permission.
Privacy Note: All scanning and data processing are performed locally on user's device. AAA Antivirus & Cleanup does not collect, store, or share any personal files or sensitive information without user's clear consent.
What is Personal Data
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to AAA Antivirus & Cleanup at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate. In addition, AAA Antivirus & Cleanup reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Service or any portion hereof at any time with or without notice. You may cease using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application.
Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, (1) THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND (2) AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP FOR ITSELF AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT: (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. IN ADDITION, AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS.
Limitation of liabilities
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY UNSUCCESSFUL COURT ACTION OR LEGAL DISPUTE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP.
Indemnification
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR REGULATION, OR OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, including all referenced documents and future modifications, represent the complete agreement between you and AAA Antivirus & Cleanup regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements between you and AAA Antivirus & Cleanup regarding the subject matters hereof.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland and international copyright laws and treaties, without considering conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.
