IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") forms a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Wartraf sp. z o.o (“AAA Antivirus & Cleanup”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of the AAA Antivirus & Cleanup software and associated services (collectively, the “App” or “Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the Software, and promptly delete all copies in your possession.
This EULA is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which further govern your use of the App.
Updates to this EULA
AAA Antivirus & Cleanup may revise this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion and the revised Agreement shall automatically apply to the corresponding versions of the AAA Antivirus & Cleanup distributed with the revised terms.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the AAA Antivirus & Cleanup App strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent. The App may only be accessed through authorized interfaces provided by us. Any use outside of these parameters constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Ownership and Restrictions
The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, remains the exclusive property of AAA Antivirus & Cleanup and its licensors. You acknowledge that the Software is licensed, not sold.
The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all intellectual property rights in and to the Software belong to AAA Antivirus & Cleanup. Further, all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Software is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by AAA Antivirus & Cleanup. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the Software.

Automatic Updates
In order to optimize the Software, and to provide you with the most current version of the Software, you agree the Software may download and install new updates and versions of the Software as they are made available by us. You agree to receive and permit us to deliver such new updates and versions to your device.
Technical Support
We may offer user support through channels such as email. While we strive to assist where possible, support is provided "as available" without guarantees. You are solely responsible for backing up your data prior to seeking support. We may decline support for issues beyond our scope.
Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to operate the Software. AAA Antivirus & Cleanup is not responsible for performance issues resulting from your hardware, operating system, or internet connectivity.
Third-Party Components
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party content, SDKs (including antivirus functionality powered by third-party provider), and services governed by their own policies. We recommend reviewing such third-party terms before use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY DATA LOSS OR ERRORS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAA ANTIVIRUS & CLEANUP DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, PROMOTION, OR MARKETING OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, RELIANCE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, OR FOR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE OR SUCH OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT, SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU AND ANY OTHER PARTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXCEED THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00) FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, AND OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
If any provision of this EULA is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your initial use of the Software and remains so until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion without prior notice.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling all copies of the App from your devices. Upon termination, your rights to use the Software will cease immediately.
